Decided to track my progress extensively, when I finally had a set routine, here is the results: HTTP://puu.sh/8bHzC.png *indicates days I missed/didn't complete my workout.
Simply put:
Body Fat: ~24% to ~19%
Lean Mass: up ~3-5 pounds (~1-2kg)
Near the beginning of this thread, I was a whopping 28% bf (Jan 16th). Gotta give props to ya'll and this thread. Ya'll sparked an incentive for me to train with the tips and advice,
