never before have i seen a thread filled with so much little man syndrome

Discussing a hobby that many people have but you don't share?

A hobby with a LOT of room for discussion.

LITTLE MAN SYNDROME!

its not like you have to be so vain about discussing it on an open forum.

i lift but i dont have dedicated threads 2 it, not really my fault you're all wanting attention tho

u do realise theres huge forums with ten thousands of people nonstop posting their stats, etc right? not to mention the nonstop flow of progress pictures.
This is nowhere near bragging... and i dont think ive seen anyone brag in here

"And sadly I have never done deadlift... I'm too afraid I'll break my back. When I start doing it though I want to do it right from the start."

If you ever do deadlifts, just make sure you start real low, and get your form in check. First time I ever did it, I tried to keep up with the bigger lads and did something like 120kg with terrible form, and because of that, I was bed-bound for like 3 days..don't do the same mistake I did ;)

"lost" 10 kg in 1 month, 5 of which was during a single week. Unhealthy I know, but it wasn't due to starvation or anything.

Now I'm at a "wall" and regular exercise doesn't cut it, so I either have to change my routine or cut back on my diet, or both.
