Burned off 735 calories and cycled 25km in 59 minutes today. Felt like utter crap beforehand so was aiming to burn off my cold - now I feel worse!
Ouch, guess you're just gonna have to sick this one out
I took it easy today, all I did was have my back cracked and took a sauna for 30 mins.
Feels really good the day after a competition

Squatted 140kg for 2 reps y'day. DId 100kg bench for 6 on monday too. Getting my pre-cut strength back!
In regards to the squats, also got 100kg for 4 sets of 6 full ATG. Again, getting better there!

I'm taking it a bit relaxed this week lol, lots of sauna and rest
It happens pretty much every week after competition though, and my back can really use it this time.

Benched 115kg perfect form thursday, and was told by a few guys who put up 150kg that I could bench more if I had a narrower grip.
Cycling at the weekends for an hour. Did 800 cals today and 34km in 65 minutes (incl 5 mins warm down).
Again, nether.
