Dunno, sometimes Chrome updates can break it. Assuming it's still "enabled":

Chrome options > Tools > Extensions > Open Linkify options > Miscellaneous > Export Settings

Then uninstall, and then reinstall Linkify, and then import your settings.

Should fix it
