Would it be possible to have an option to change your posts on the 'Last Post' column in a forum section from how it is currently to something more noticeable?

Eg from http://i.imgur.com/YRoyEPJ.png to http://i.imgur.com/gsDOOw6.png

Edit: And/or changing the colour of your name on the left-hand side too (if you're the thread author): http://i.imgur.com/47iPeJQ.png

Both similar to how you can easily notice a J-mod/F-mod's post by their gold/green colours respectively.
