What are the best Morvarn tasks for herbs? They're kind of expensive atm and I am too cheap.

From my personal experience, I know
Ice Strikes
drop a lot of noted herbs. Not to many of any individual high level herb, but still. They are also the best source of crushed nests from any task that I have found. (I mostly go for the nests, tbh)

Dark beasts drop a fair amount of lantadymes/dwarf weeds/toadflax.
Airut drop fair amount of lantadymes/dwarf weeds/irits.

All I would recommend really, decent xp and herbs along the way. Farming them might be a faster and easier way to get herbs :p .

I just remembered those Dragon Slayer gloves from Fog. Is it worth it to get them?
No. They would only be worth for melee'ing celestial dragons since they also give an accuracy boost. Since melee is no longer significantly slower than the other 2 styles, there's no reason to prefer melee xp like we used to, so it's not even worth doing celestial dragons anymore.

Also, I think those points could be bettter used on runecrafting gloves (I presume they stack with abyss rc'ing? I haven't actually tested it).

P. S.: and yes, as Lucario correctly said, they are good for qbd, but not for xp.

And I finally have some numbers for Kree'arra that Lifer asked me some time ago; I recorded the numbers on 2 tasks for now.

The general method I did was use nox bow+pernix+cruelty (if sirenic was as cheap as tect or malev I'd use it, but being hit by 4 npc's at a time makes sirenic too expensive - I can use it later for testing purposes though), with a nox staff switch in inventory. I rotated death's swiftness kills with meta kills (usually I switched to nox bow on end of meta kill to use snap shot if needed). Oh and I used steel titan.

I had previously tried bringing tect and elements scrim switch for magic out of task, but I didn't think it was worth it. You already have 100% accuracy even using range armour, and switching demands too much clicking (specially scrim), which usually delayed start of kill a bit. But enough of me rambling (I do that too much).

Test 1 the main issue on this one was I forgot to take note of the combat rates so I could have the range:magic ratio, and it was a bit sloppy specially with not killing minions fast enough.
Average Kree kills/h: 67.2
Boss to minions ratio: 1:2.65
Average slayer xp/h: 261.5k
Average combat xp/h: 567.5k

Test 2 the main issue on this one was for whatever reason I had air strike as my auto-cast spell instead of air surge on start. I was really confused why my mage kills were so slow - I thought my staff was broken or something. It was quite embarassing.
Average Kree kills/h: 64.7
Boss to minions ratio: 1:3
Average slayer xp/h: 258.9k
Average combat xp/h: 563.6k
Combat xp distribution: 69.0% range, 29.8% magic, 1.2% melee
(yes, 1.2% melee xp. I didn't know it was possible. But it was there even if it doesn't make sense .-.)

(conclusion next post)

I'm pretty sure this can be improved. And the ability bars update should make switching a lot easier (and it could even possibly be worth taking armour switch for mage). But these are just the first numbers I got in case you want to update the sheet. I believe in the end we could expect at least 70 kills/h and a 1:3 minions ratio (at least when using range as "main" style).

Anyone tried the meth addicts from the new quest for slayer yet?
That's an... interesting way to put it. I read on wiki they were 564.4 slayer + 1085 combat xp per kill, I don't think it's even worth trying for a 30k lp creature which is annoying to kill (is it a glitch that you stop being aggro'ed on them mid fight when they stun?); unless possibly if going for the armour.

I'm pretty sure you lose aggro when they change combat styles... I think it is a bug.
