I've done like 3 attempts. I wouldn't bother with it, it could be 1/10 but also rarer and in the end of the day, is that 5% that helpful? It only works at crystal trees as far as I know..

Waterfall and seren stones are unaffected by it if I'm not mistaken. Hi

Ok, so it wouldn't be that bad I guess. But is refined 3 on a second pickaxe slot worth downgrading either honed or furnace by one or more ranks while also dealing with rng to get both together? Hi

I would personally camp The Arc for mining exp instead. It is great for both mining exp and Chimes, where you will most likely spend time getting the latter (for Batch 2), which could mean you ultimately spend less time getting both, than if you were to camp Seren Stones and not do The Arc activities. I'd be fine doing that on some occasions, just everywhere I look says Refined is for WC and its word of mouth if it does work for Mining.

The only reason people say refined for wc is cause furnace is basically useless cause of superheat form and refined is like the only perk to replace it with
This is also the case for mining (seren stones) if refined works but not sure if it does

Yeah i'm wondering the same thing. Enhanced Devoted 3 should be the superior one of the two.
