Gizmo Dissolver. Removes it so you can slot a new one, but it destroys it in the process. 181m Slayer XP and 37,963 Edimmu slain for my Dungeoneering pet. Slayer is still the worst skill in the game.

So we have
Flanking
- Clockwork, precise, spiked
Enh Devo
- Faceted, Zaros, Strong
C Shield
- Faceted, Subtle

I'm triggered af about these perks now.
Flanking, which is awesome and outdeeps Aftershock, is super duper rare from poh sources which have a low trade limit or come fast from a buy-from-shop item, are uncommon to obtain max rank, is very niche use which makes it expensive as wep switch, and combos easily with shit perks like Dragon Bait, Committed, or Taunting.

Crystal Shield, which sucks royally
because it has a 1 minute cooldown
for a perk that tanks 1-2 boss hits, is cheap to obtain, has high trade limits, and combos easily with perks like Mobile, Looting, and Crackling3+CS1. And yet I wouldn't recommend it if they don't remove cd.

x5 Faceted seems to give a much better chance for Enhanced Devoted 3, than x4 + something else.

This is based on 4 attempts done by myself and my friend, and we got Enhanced Devoted every time with x5 Faceted components.

It seems that 5x face gives more cs3 than ench devo

2 attempts later with x5 Faceted....I get Crystal Shield 3, then Enhanced Devoted 3.

Not really. I tried x4 Faceted and x1 Strong for 10 attempts earlier, and 7 of them was Crystal Shield 2. It seem the same mix of either perks with x4/x5 components attempts, except that it seem a lot more common that in x5 components (Faceted) you will get your perk at Rank 3, than Rank 2. Faceted Components - for me crystal flask gave the best rate for this components. 0.2% junk chance.

Clockwork Components - toys and clockwork for this components. All of them have 79.2% junk chance.
