My recommended:
Weapons
: Aftershock 3, Precise 5
Shield
: Abs 3 ss/Turtling t90
Ult weapon switch
: Planted Feet + Aftershock
Armour
: Crackling 3 combo, Enh Devo 3 Or Shield Bashing or Clear-headed&Reflexes or other
Armour
: Impatient 3, Biting 3/2+ Niche

So to get this optimal set of perks on all 3 styles of t90 gear and weapons, what's the expected total cost?

Including the cost of getting the t90 gear (and augmentation) in the first place?

I'm sure you're able to do the maths, but..

Aftershock is 18m per one. Precise 5 is 12m per one *or* 5m per one if you level Armadyl up.

Abs isn't that expensive, Turtling isn't either, Enhanced Devo is only expensive if you can't be bothered killing Lletya elves for components, Shieldbashing I have no idea how you get it. CH2Reflexes is cheap, Impatient 3 costs like 5m, Biting 2 is free, Biting 3 is 140m (for 4, but you can only buy 4 at once)

Figured I'd get wise 3 for a mainhand item since I won't be using it on the offhand when runecrafting or farming and just lost like 25m trying to get it with mobile lol. At least I got a free wise 3 out of it in the end. Hi

Thanks lol. This is much more than my liquidable assets atm. lol

I'll just wait...I'm sure better perks will come out in 2017 anyway.

How is Aftershock 18m? each lvl 9 item only gives 4 and u need 5 for as3 :/

Unless you'll only ever create a single Aftershock 3 gizmo you'll be able to spread out the cost across multiple legs, eventually reaching a point where you won't have many Iljukan components left over.

In what situations is it actually useful to use a defender for DPS? As in, have precise 5 over lucky 5/4+mobile
If you're dpsing with defender, ofc have dps perks like Precise 5 on it. Reasons to dps with defender include speed kills and hard mode of some bosses, where revenge dps is insane.

But there's a secondary benefit of defender for negating damage like it has an internal lucky perk. At rots, you can bring like a t70 defender switch just to wear when you run through the tunnels, and if you wanna perk it out you'd increase damage mitigation with lucky and mobile.

Yeah I knew about defender blocking rots tunnels, rago entry, etc. Just don't see many situations where I'd want to have a defender for DPS purposes, i.e. last batch of jellies or perhaps some Telos things.
