Lowering the level is something I never thought about.

Maybe someone can try lowering invention to like 80 in the ice areas and making efficient 2 on a weapon gizmo, as far as I know it will always come with committed or something at 120. Hi

I made some efficient 2 without anything else in them when training invention to make it cheaper, and I had no shifting back then. Hi

If you're on a budget and have some patience, mjolnir's aren't horrible for Zammy comps.

It only takes a couple minutes to do the three required stops on each key cycle since you can practically teleport right on top of two of the three dig spots. Sixth circuit to get to the outpost, buy key, varrock lodestone run east, dig guthix, clan vex to clan camp few steps north, dig sara, ring of dueling run a few steps west to the lakes, dig zammy. Repeat ad nauseum.

Spendthrift 5 is bad deeps. +0.25% dps. and eats your money. So many better alternatives for weapon gizmos. Good for god component fillers though. If you ever go for Devoted 3 Genocidal, or Devoted 3 standalone. One of the mods mentioned the best way to get highest rank perk is not 5 of the same thing. I'm guessing it's same reasoning for Devoted 3 as well. Questing Clan of Runescape , T7 Citadel, capping not compulsory. Free cabbage.
