• Constructed a Tuska mask.

These will naturally be done by slayers. Constructing the mask for the first time provides either 43,680 exp in one combat skill, or 10,920 exp in slayer. Latter masks can be exchanged for 20 slayer reward point each.

• Completed either the Hyu-Ji, Quin, Eastern Curiosities, or Guardians of the World storyline from your Port.

I'm uncertain on which benefit completing these provides, but I'm fairly sure I have read somewhere that they are required for specific content. If anyone knows, feel free to point it out.

• Found all the pieces of the Reefwalker's cape forgotten scroll.

Unlocks the ability to create that cape, which its superior version makes for the best defensive cape in-game (after comp).

• Fully built the Statue of Rhiannon in the Tower of Voices at least once.

Provides experience points in all the skills you have gotten Golden Rocks for, plus, while getting the rocks, you may be introduced to new skilling training methods, which is not necessarily of lower efficiency than what you would want to use should you decide to train the skill(s) normally and efficiently.

• Gain all the Prawn Perks from your Aquarium.

This can be unlocked naturally by simply training the Fishing skill, and it provides various benefits to fishing, plus a weekly Elite Clue Scroll handout.

• Earned the Annihilator title by fighting all four nihil at once, during or after Fate of the Gods.

Makes you better at combat, which improves your bossing skills, which can help you earn better money. Also, unlocks the title, the Annihilator.

• Defeated every Soul Reaper boss at least once to earn the title the Reaper.

The benefit is similar to that of the previously mentioned requirement, with the addition of learning about every single boss. The title reward is a plus.

• Unlocked all Clan-specific Prifddinas Titles.

Most of these encourages you to do and learn about things you already would want to do, should you decide to train your skills beyond level 99. The title rewards are a plus.

• Unlock the first tier of every upgrade in the Waiko Reward Shop.

Invaluably helpful for training at Uncharted Islands, which provides some of the best exp/hour in-game for some of the skills offered there (I would highly suggest maxing out the upgrade tiers, too).

• Completed all miniquests of The Arc.

Helps out with unlocking the previous requirement, which I have mentioned its benefit.

• Purchase all blueprints in both Invention technology trees.

Various benefits gained from the devices you unlock. This requirement is generally very easy to complete, too (except time-locked).

• All tasks completed. This includes completing several minigames (e.g. Dominion Tower, Temple Trekking, etc.) and several miniquests.

Too many gained advantages to mention.

This should cover the majority of the Completionist cape requirements. It seems obvious to me that most of them gives direct (and sometimes indirect) benefits that are "worth it" for everyday's game-play.

Comp cape and Max cape is similar to Pre EoC zerker ring vs zerker ring (i) but on a much lower end scale. For 200m all combat those 30 hours only saved you 40 hours (a measly 10h)

Considering how much cooler comp cape looks it's worth it even if you plan on doing nothing more than just bankstand.

Even though PvM is more or less all I do on Rs3 anymore, I find that going for it is not worth it. Same reason I didn't rush maxing - the value was not there for me. Even if it gave a sizable boost to damage (and it doesn't) the reality is that it requires lots of things I know I wouldn't enjoy - and spending hours boring myself to bits for anything has never been my style. It however only provides a marginal boost, a few teleport options, and a different look. All of which really means less and less to me. "When history witnesses a great change, Razgriz reveals itself... first, as a dark demon. As a demon, it uses its power to rain death upon the land, and then it dies. However, after a period of slumber, Razgriz returns, this time, as a great hero"
