i got my comp back today after not having it for 18+ months.originaly got it in jan 2012. slowly did the reqs that built up. if mondays update = no comp im not going to be annoyed. to say its worth it is more a personal thing.

Whether or not Comp Cape is worth it depends on whether you think it's aesthetically pleasing or the advantages are worth it over Max Cape, or if you are simply bored like I was and wanted something to do to motivate yourself to keep playing.

Personally, it really doesn't merit going the extra mile to do everything for the slight advantages it has over Max Cape but if you care about #FashionScape and like how it looks then go for it. However if you do go for it and care to maintain it, don't be like those people who bitch constantly about not being able to wear it after new requirements are released please :c It's rather annoying to see people do that despite what the name of the cape signifies.

Unless the comp system is reworked, it's debatable whether it's worth it or not. You may spend more time without it than with, due to the frequent additions to the requirements (some of which may be viewed as ridiculous at best.)

It might be reworked, to a certain degree, when the new achievement system comes out, but I could be wrong.

Custom colours for max and comp cape look slightly different imo, so max cape HSL won't quite match with the comp. I feel like the colour depth is greater on comp. Plus you get particles. Comp is great, but sod getting it back again, especially if 120 slayer's on its way.

At the very least, get it asap so you have it, even if you lose it again. It comes in handy every now and then to do a summoning restore with it if you're near a bank.
