I've had one for at least two months now.

I'm still going to be writing stuff on the forums - the time I can spend in-game isn't where I'd like it to be - but I do need to work on being able to teach people in-game. That's a flaw I've been struggling with.

I'll be rather busy this week until at least Monday, with all the parties, pranks, trips and adventures associated with...

*drum roll (please?)*

...graduating from high school. Which means I'm older than some people expected, and younger than more people expected.

I feel the pain, Khaine. (unintentional rhymes for the win.)

Also, if you need an archery side to that, I'd be willing to give some input. I'm not the most successful archer in rsrp, but I've done enough to know how it works.

You must take into consideration that not everyone's character is based off the same humanoid physical systems. You must also take into consideration that not everyone's character is strictly Textplay based. As well as not everyone's character can be killed by conventional/obvious means.

For example, one of my characters, Kaboto's Bane is a weight of Sliske. (Check out his rp wiki page for more info) A direct blow to the head with say a javelin, right between the eyes and goes all the way though would not kill him. (Granted, this is a "Boss" character designed for a team to beat) You have to beat him senselessly and deal several normally fatal blows over and over in several places to finally put him down.

Another example would be someone's character who has a specific weakness. Such as Achilles, in this case, it'd be the heel.

And in terms of some Descriptive Gameplayers, such as the designed Kobalos was based on but has been more adapted to the system you are expressing, won't go down no matter how hard or where you hit him. He will keep going at full strength, if not more power as hes damaged, until he is absolute 101% dead.

For Bandos! For Kobalos! For Victory! For War!

It's aimed at the spine.

I'm quite aware that each race has a different anatomy, and this was written explicitly for textplay. If I took the time to write out specifics and assumed specifics of each race's anatomy and every possible weakness for abnormal beings, this would have never been posted as I would still be working on it. I thought it better to establish what view other systems from, we compare every anatomy to our own, and then figure out the formulas for for other races instead of every individual calculation.

Sure, a character such as Kobalos won't ''go down'' until defeated in the way you described, but that's one of the differences between Descriptive Gameplay, and Textplay. Textplay, notices that it is biophysically impossible to make certain movements with a completely severed--

I tend to look at it this way, in Mortal Kombat games, they beat the living sh*t out of each other, break one another's spines, bash their skulls, break their arms. ETC ETC. But they don't go down until their hp reaches zero, they stay at full strength throughout the duration of that time. Their limbs cannot be severed, not until their hp reaches zero, even if its Baraka's blade touches another fighters bear skin. It can't be completely severed no matter how hard he hits it till the end.

However wile in the beginning of my rp carrier as Kobalos that was more or less how he was. But I've adapted him to a closer to Strict Textplayer's style since.

Exactly. Different combinations of realism, and gameplay mechanics.
