Dear Syncreticeye,

I'm not sure how to do this, because it's not a house application.
This player owned city has been in effect for over 3 years.
I feel this needs to be added to the list, as it was missed
and has been involved in countless political situations
that GREATLY affected many of the POCs you listed:
