Haven't been posting here, but I have been keeping at it.
Yesterday was a good day. Did some chest/back exercises. Had to cut my workout short since I was pushing myself waaaay too hard and was feeling pretty bad. Other than that, I was just a little upset that I could not finish my workout.
Onto the next days workout.
Great to hear you've been keeping at it Alex! Don't be held back by not being able to finish, everyone has those days where their body doesn't cooperate. It's always best to listen to it and stop, rather than push yourself and risk an injury
All I did today was walk round a large supermarket doing the weekly shop in the morning ( it took 1 and a half hours
). Then I did a
lot
of cleaning in the bathroom and shower room this afternoon.

The 3x sets of 30 didn't do 'squat'
so I did 3x sets of 50 today. We'll see if that pains me tomorrow. If not, I guess I'll try 75 x3. There seems to be a lot of trial and error...

I'm rowing much better now after watching an expert for the 7 main points about proper rowing technique, I also feel better resistance, as I'm doing longer stretches on both legs and arms.
