Over the years I've found that you really don't have to do that much to see results.
It seems to be more about consistency and diet than anything else.
I'll do a 1.5hr walk/jog tomorrow. I'll usually do 25 squats before I start, to pre-tire my legs.

I do also enjoy going for long walks. I used to do a lot more of that. That could be as long as 3 hours. Also walking up hills. The most recent place was the Malvern Hills. Definitely want to do more this year.

Me and a friend will go tomorrow to the gym, I'm supporting him because he wants to improve his health. I already walk a lot, so I will only use the rowing machine, don't like weightlifting training. We aim at going every Monday, Wednesday & Friday each week.

I definitely agree that consistency in exercise is the most important thing! You can have the most intense workout of your life, but without consistency you won't see the improvement.
Like you say, diet is very important also. I've recently started looking towards a plant-based diet so I've started very slowly changing some parts of my diet eg: limiting milk consumption, eating less meat in my meals etc.

That's very considerate of you, and I hope you and your friend have a
POWERFUL
gym session! The rowing machine is the perfect way to get fit, incorporating all of your muscles and incredibly intense on your cardiovascular system. A great way to keep fit!

Nothing. Haven't for the past month due to a broken leg. It's driving me nuts because I'm super active normally. Walk for an hour and a half everyday, workout 5 days a week. Sitting around doing nothing is so dumb lol.

Sorry to hear about that Motley, but hopefully you can get back to your regular routine soon so long as the recovery goes well!
For the first time last week, my achilles was starting to hurt quite a bit while on a walk. I wasn't carrying anything heavy so idk what happened. So prob gonna walk slowly instead of my normal brisk pace for exercise.
