Completed a 6 mile/10km run earlier which was very nice. Ran along a lovely scenic area and sat down halfway to do some reading before heading back. A really nice way to get some exercise and personal time in

Yesterday I did 15 minutes rowing, 10 minutes ski machine, 10 minutes rowing.
What I like about the rowing machine is that you can regulate how intense the rowing gets by how fast you row, slowing rowing = low resistance, fast rowing = high resistance.
Haven't been posting here, but I have been keeping at it.
Yesterday was a good day. Did some chest/back exercises. Had to cut my workout short since I was pushing myself waaaay too hard and was feeling pretty bad. Other than that, I was just a little upset that I could not finish my workout.
