Yesterday I did 15 minutes rowing, 10 minutes ski machine, 10 minutes rowing.

What I like about the rowing machine is that you can regulate how intense the rowing gets by how fast you row, slowing rowing = low resistance, fast rowing = high resistance.
Never drop a valuable item.

^ Yeh to your point it's always frustrating, but on to the next! Great attitude. :)

I've been at a hotel for the last 4 days, so mostly my workout has just consisted of 2 sets of 100 burpees in the morning.
