I used to be able to do 8-10 reps at a time with Captains of Crush no.2 but I can only manage to do 5 now. I don't know if it's lack of willpower or if doing the same exercise over and over has made me weaker.
Switching to t bar rows from barbell rows has helped my back grow as I don't have to focus as much on form.
