Theos as I have said several times. Not every one is going to accept our lifestyle. And that is what the LGBT community needs to understand. Sadly as a community, a vast majority of us, the younger generation and some of the older generation, are and have become the very thing we fought aginst.

Hell some of the funniest jokes that I have heard have been homophobic jokes, and as a gay man does this bother me? No, because some of them where actualy rather funny.

We as a community need to understand, that when you try to force diversity onto people, it is only going to breed even more hatred and resentment. Which sadly the majority of the younger LGBT community does not or cannot seem to understand.
Don't ever think the reason I am peaceful is because I do not know how to be violent.

This is why I don't generally force anything on people, even if it's positive. We need to encourage rather than enforce, provide services and give an incentive. It's natural these days to disapprove of gay, racist and sexist jokes and the like as a community because of how much we reflected in the past few decades, and we of developed communities had come to recognise minorities as equal citizens, while some may take it a step further and say that majorities should suffer for what they put the minorities through. This, however, amounts to little more than the 'eye for an eye' mantra which holds us back as a people, and I think we could take some more wisdom from the likes of Gandhi and Oscar Wilde.

People have the right to accept other's way of life or to not accept it. Full freedom comes in the form of being able to think and say whatever you want in my opinion.

Forcing marginalized group's collective issues to the forefront and demanding acceptance, while at the same time issuing "training" on how to behave around certain individuals is a surefire way to further the divide.

If you like being around LGBT persons, be around them. If you don't like it, don't be around them.

It's very simple.

If anyone here can say with a straight face that coming out as gay is as hard as coming out as a conservative in
Canada
, I don't know what to tell you. I'm sure in some of the far east and far west states in the US it's easier to come out as the former rather than latter too.

@Nick

there are definitely worse things to come out as than just being gay.

And yeah nobodoy has to be accepting of anyone elses lifestyle. Can laugh at them, even insult them, if they want and think they are completely idiotic.

I just don't think people should be able to lynch others for being different from them.

You don't have to like or agree with someone. You just shouldn't be able to kill them because of that fact.

At least thats my view on it all.

This thread and other LGBT initiatives aren't targetting countries in which the slaying of homosexuals occurs.

I mean I'd be beside them arm in arm if they were. If any of you are interested in raising awareness towards countries that are legitimately threats to LGBT lives let me know.

Places like USA and especially Canada shouldn't be the subject of this 'movement.'

If you want a full list of countries which could use it, I'll give it in PM. Not on the forums though we have far too many SJW NPCs.

There are a few but not many that do Shady. One is IRQR which helps the LGBT Community in Iran, which is based in Canada. There is also the ILGA, GATE, GRIN, and GLISA, as well as IGLYO which focuses on LGBT Youth. Don't ever think the reason I am peaceful is because I do not know how to be violent.

@Nick, that's a very unpatriotic thing to say. If there are issues in our country we shouldn't address them if another country has issues? 200M all skills, Trimmed comp Cape, MQC
