An interesting sight to behold among the busy daily comings & goings of metro trains, cars, trucks, buses & pedestrian traffic is a young wild turkey hen & her three spring chicks (getting quite plump) that have decided to call the wooden green space at the outer edges home.

As the Thanksgiving holiday approaches they may end up in someones oven though...

I was forced into bird watched in Peru for a study abroad class. It was actually pretty cool... the South American rainforest has a lot of insects.... and birds.

Rain came pouring down when I was drowning, that's when I could finally breathe.
And by morning gone was any trace of you, I think I am finally clean.
