Appreciate your kind words, I think we have a long way to go, and I am so happy to see that all reported trades already are starting to follow suggestion in this thread, and all of that credit goes to the community and people realizing the issues.

It makes me really happy to see those trade screenshots on thread, however, those suggestions that are left to be implemented also need to be addressed mainly by Jagex. I believe in Mod Kari and I hope she has seen this thread, I don't think Mod Poerkie (Who I loved for livestreams, and his activeness on twitter) had any ill intents but he made some forum rules too lax, which benefit the wrongdoers more than people trying to have a quality community.

@Tuffty - I hope you can be our spokesperson to Jagex! :)

Also to all other people who helped/are helping, keep up the good work!. trusting certain pc lists or prices of items or websites that dont belong to jagex will get you into trouble notice: external websites and trades are your responsibility, dont get fooled!.

Honestly i don't understand why they dont just add some item worth a lot of money that can be used as trading token on GE for specific items over max cash. Would prevent massive amount of coding for keeping the update restricted only for those items well above max cash.

I know many keen flippers are against this but to a collector its a massive pain to have alt just for trading when all manipulation and hoarding could be eliminated just with the much needed GE update.

Main problem with stuff out of GE is the impatience factor, stuff price can bloat heavily because you just cant leave offer on GE to wait for it to fill but you are on a mercy of people that are online at the moment to get what you wish. Trading post would not remove this, it would only extend forums to ingame where you are still out of luck if the poster is offline.

Taking the control away and moving to anonymous trading via GE is really the only way to prevent price manipulation via price check threads and it would still leave market for merchants via bulk supplies.

I am all for them doing a permanent fix, but I think short term fixes can also make a difference, right now manipulation is absolutely rampant.

Just wanted to comment on the recent posts removed from v64, SoulSplits called out ranges he thought was way off the actual prices.
As an outsider that rarely buy/sell rares this decision seems to favour manipulators and does nothing good for the item discussion forums. By removing posts that question prices you effectively help the bad actors, at this point I believe it would be better if the mods didn't touch the discussion threads and just let everyone do their own research.
