Some news: its not. They will continue to release new rares (or rerelease old ones) so long as they can profit from it and that's great!

The thing is that some players live in lalalandia and spend too much time in the game without thinking about the reality. The real world works on real money. And Jagex is a company that will try to get as much money as they can (specially during year's end, they have to provide investors with a nice looking financial statement :) )

sounds like they'll be hard to get, there's 4 tiers to randomly survive through and then random within that tier (gold). Sounds like less stringent controls on piece collection though

when is this going live, didn't see a date in the release
