Every rare was f2p, I don't see the reason why would this be any different.
The action or process of causing so much damage to something that it no longer exists or cannot be repaired.

LOL really? I thought people buy it cuz it looks like a black beanie or dark link's hat from Zelda XD I guess the green one will make you look like Link now LOL. But yes I agree it doesn't look festive like a red Santa hat if the bobble's not to the side.

Told people ever since they announced the Gold Phat we would be getting more recolored rares. They'll keep on pumping them out in an attempt to devalue the older ones and spread the wealth. Keep an eye out on Black Bunny Ears, Silver Scythe, Orange Mask, Black Mask, etc. It's going to happen.

The gold party hat i think was a nice idea but this green santa makes no sense to me. Maybe it is indeed jagex plan to flood the market with all sorts of new rares. Santas,masks and partyhats in every color possible. I dont know why they would do this,maybe an attempt to sell more keys or maybe to try effect the market.

One new rare is nice , then its special. But i dont know how i would feel about potentially flooding the market with all sorts of colors. Then it does not feel very special special anymore though i guess i dont really care either way. It seems like a weird move to make from almost any perspective but if it ends up beeing 2 new rares for the 20th birthday and then another 5 years without re-releasing old rares with new colors then its not to bad. Where is the creativity btw,cant they think of anything better then simply recolor an old rare or is this an attempt to somehow undermine the status of the older rares.

Anyway,i wont be getting this hat unless i somehow accidently get a gold present and it comes from there.

Jagex will continue to flood the market with these new rares given it gives the average noob/peasant a sense of belonging like as if they finally have a phat and have achieved something special in the game. This will give them hope like they finally got in early and they will be un godly rich from their new rares when in reality they will still be poor and depressed as the years go by and their worthless rares barely crack a 2% rise a year.

Considering that Wrapping Paper required to get a Green Santa Hat is going to be obtainable through TH promotions, it will very likely be exactly the same as Christmas Tree Hats used to be "made" 9 years ago.

While Tree hats were moved from Discontinued Item Status thread into SOF/TH thread I can't wait to see if the same "rule" will be applied on the GSH as well.
