Just tossing it out there...

Has anyone thought of a Construction fam?
(Aside from B.o.B.s..)

P.s. Cog Dragon was an Ode to Arcanists...
I still believe that some and/or most, might be applicable to RS3 & high level Summoning?
(I've been hoping for some kind of cross-over.)

Omg
Clumsy bull-when you build something with the bull around he will break it
As you dont get xp for deconstruction this would be great
(achievement - bull in china shop - use bull on ladder)

Kind of already have this with flatpack depacker tbh. I think its better to wait for a construction rework before thinking of ideas for construction familiar. Current construction as a skill is pretty bad.

Off-topic:
I agree that Construction needs a rework.

On-topic:
Construction needs something a little </> extreme than an
'Elite Skill' to train it?
That's why I proposed Summoning as an alternate method
to train an otherwise broken skill?

Any new content needs to look at how it can help with practicality as opposed to buffing even more.

Just off the top of my head;

A familiar that can note items
A familiar that can store charges for weaponry over the cap
A familiar that can repair items similar to that of the weapon smith

Could probably think of more, but theres a few ides anyway.

Familiar that can note items would be way too op and would make yak scrolls and notepapers obsolete.

Which charges do you have in mind? Div charges or just repair charges? Either way, it doesn't seem necessary since you can store over 10 hours worth of div charges (at max usage, will more likely last you 40 hours). As for normal repair charges, at max usage (100 charges per min) they last 10 hours, once again, will typically last much loner.

Again, repairs not really useful since they last so long and there are ample warning messages when charges are low. I think most legendary pet owners never use their repair ability, some don't even know their pets have that ability.

Changing the level cap would just be like slayer, new monsters that are more powerful but also much better xp and/or money. New familiars when the raised cap will and should include more powerful familiars, but worry not, I have plenty of utility based familiars in the list too.

Could go simpler for Dungeoneering familiars.

Bloodrager pouch - primal melee weapon or armor
Deathslinger - primal ammo or sagitarrian weapoon or armor
Stormbringer - celestial armor or weapon
Hoardstalker - primal hatchet or pickaxe
(1 time 50k summoning xp award for each)
These familiars would be "bound" in a sense so you can summon them once per floor, but they are permanently unlocked. (Use a function like the summoning obelisk challenge room).
But, you can't just switch to 1 then another, and back.

Skinweaver - infusable pouch using highest tier fish potato
Worldbearer - high tier potion

Alternative for Worldbearer would be to also use primal hatchet or pickaxe. Again making it a 1 time unlock.

Skinweaver could be done but requiring 20 of the highest tier fish potato.

Name of the would be a native American term for "chief of chiefs" or "legendary" or "mythical"
