"Oh, I missed 1 post that would have told me about 1 future quest release that I already knew about because of Runefest 2019."

You don't missed just 1 post. You missed a lot of information. They are many livestreams and social media posts regarding upcoming of QUESTS, yes plural form of "quest", not just 1 future quest release.

"you are very negative towards the release of new quest content "

I am absolutely not negative towards the release of new quest content at all. I love quests and I am still expecting 4 quests a year. I just don't want to blame any Jmods in any of Jagex's games for not releasing 4 quests or more a year.

"I would like other peoples' opinion on this topic, hence why I revive this thread every so often to get a general feel of what people are thinking at this time and every time I do, you manage to disagree with me on something."

You like people's opinion on this topic, that's why I replied and gave you my opinions. Do you only expect people agree with you to reply? Those who don't agree with you can't reply? And for the 9000 times, I don't disagree with you on it is nice to have more quests, I only disagree with you that there must at least an x number of quests in any of Jagex's games. I also disagree with you on you are giving all us players the frank and precise remarks about the quality of the quests when you said you like quests that much but in fact you haven't even started 2 of the most interesting pivotal quests in the recent 2 years.

1. As far as I'm concerned, your first point doesn't really hold weight when earlier on in this thread (Pg30 - 4th March 2020 at 2:12am to be exact), I said that there are some quest announcements to look forward to and I listed: Azzanadra Quest, Desperate Measures and a City of Senntisten Quest. So, to say that I've missed a lot of quest information is incorrect, unless you can tell me more quests that are coming out that I haven't mentioned? In a way, I hope I have missed some questing announcements (means that there will be more coming out :D ) but considering I keep up to date with the "Quests in the Making V3" forum thread and I check the news on the RS website most days, I can't see me missing many of these announcements.

2. If you love quests and are not negative towards the release of them, why did you constantly attack the stance of everybody who wanted more quests released into the game throughout this forum thread? I ask this to try to understand what all the examples of negative statements towards quest releases were about that I posted on Pg37. If there isn't a reason, that's okay too, it's nice to hear that you do want quests released and maybe this is where we have misunderstood each other?

3. In response to your final statement, I do like players' opinions on this topic. There have been people who have disagreed with me throughout this entire thread and I've responded to their statements. Of course people who disagree can post and we can have a debate. I'm more than up for that.

I would not say that you have made your 'Quest Release Support' stance easy to follow and maybe this is why we have been 'at loggerheads' as it's called with each other. I'm glad that you do agree with more quest releases. I am not saying that there must be a certain amount of quests in the game, but I have said before that I think a reasonable amount would be between 6-9 quests a year.

It is true that I haven't started the most recent quests at this time and I explained why I haven’t to you before. As a reminder, it’s because I want to have some quests to do when I’m in a real quest-hungry mood because a lot of what’s on the Master Quest Cape is largely just collecting lorebooks which I don’t mind but that doesn’t have the same feel as a quest. It will break up the grind of the Master Quest Cape too :) ! I have never said that Desperate Times and Curse of the Black Stone are of bad quality because I haven’t done them yet. One thing I do think you are forgetting though is that I have 5 miniquests/quests/sagas left to do in the entire game, so just because I haven’t done the most recent 2 ‘pivotal quests’ in the past 2 years as you call them, doesn’t mean everything I say in regard to quest quality is rubbish. 1)Please re-read my posts again. I said you missed a lot of information (posts and livestreams talking about the making of quests), not you missed a lot of quest information like who will die or don't in Desperate Measures or how it ends. My comment was in reply to yours:

"
I missed 1 post
that would have told me about 1 future quest release that I already knew about because of Runefest 2019."

2) I never attacked the stance of whoever who want more quests. I don't think I need to repeat my stance that I am expecting and will like to see 4-5 quests a year and I have no problem if anybody wants 0-3 or more than 5. I just questioned people who said Jagex have not communicated their stance and showed information like quests are indeed coming that they have missed.

3) Glad that seemingly you know I want more than 3 but no less than 6 quests a year. I still strongly recommend you to do at least Desperate Times now as it is likely recommended for Desperate Measures which is due out soon, unless you are not in the "quest-hungry mood" for years. I am also very curious why you were more "in a quest-hungry mood" to do Once Upon a Slime but not the much higher quality Desperate Times and Curse of the Black Stone?

1. Okay, I understand what you're saying. I try to keep as up-to-date as I possibly can with quests and their releases. But, then again, I don't know whether I would want to know the ins-and-outs of upcoming quests anyway, I'd like to leave it to suspense :) !

2. Maybe it's how we viewed it or maybe it's the way you said it? Most likely, it's a bit of both. I assume that means that you were sad to only see 3 quests last year and hope to see more this year?

3. Despite us not agreeing fully on how many quests we would like to see, it is good to hear that we can agree on more quest releases being a good thing even if our expectations on the amount are slightly different (Yours being 4-6 a year, while mine is 6-9). Thank you for the recommendation :) . I plan to do Desperate Times once I've done Chef's Assistant. Answering your final question about why I felt more "in a quest-hungry mood" to do Once Upon A Slime rather than Desperate Times, my simple answer would be: I'm saving the best 'til last ;) !

1. There you go. That's why the RS3 Jmods are doing the right thing. They just said they are working on the quests but keep the details secret. However, not revealing the secrets absolutely don't mean they are not coming or they are not good.

2. It is certainly how you couldn't view what I said the correct way on I think 4 or 5 quests a year are good for RS3. I also don't know why you said
"how
we
viewed it"
.

3. Good to know you admitted Desperate Times and such are THE BEST.

1. Yes, I understand that. I will always push for more quests if possible. You know that by now.

2. I meant myself and others who have responded to your posts in here. That's what I meant by 'we'.

3. I'm sure that they are the best we've had in recent years. I must say that WGS and ROTM will most likely remain my ultimate favourites unless Desperate Times is THAT good!
