That's the Overview of the Runescape Teams. That's how they described themselves now. The marketing manager of course is going to market the quests, history (lore) and legends (characters like Apex or LoL maybe?) the Runecape developers produce.

FYI, this Jmod's response should have answered your question:

I don't quite understand what the issue is, but please give Dilbert2001 a break. He is not an employee of Jagex and I am unsure if he has ever signed any NDA's with us.

However, lots of players do sign NDA's with Jagex, if they visit the office or take part in focus groups etc - I would know this as I often give them out from a Community perspective for in-house testing as well as outsources focus groups (we have recently been hosting tests in San Fransisco and New York in the USA as well as Leed and London in the UK).

If the targeted abuse continues, I'll have to investigate further which may involve forum bans.

On topic:
Wouldn't mind more bottle quests & lores, especially for post 99 content.
120 expansions filled to the brim, reworks, quest REWARDS, immersion & customization..
That is a huge improvement.
