I’m not sure why my post was hidden for expressing my opinions about the changes. I’ll tell you again in plain language: you should have consulted your community (the people who are paying your salaries) A LOT MORE before this update went through.

Interfaces are clunky, especially for mobile users.

Through excessive promotion of Premier Membership, you are taking away value and incentive for regular paid memberships. I have never been a premier member, but apparently the extra dollars I spend on buying and selling bonds, or paying for extra keys packages when there’s a promotion I enjoy, aren’t appreciated or valued equally to Premier Members dollars.

You restricting my access to keys by removing the daily challenge rewards is not going to convince me to purchase more keys, in fact, due to feeling devalued as a customer I am inclined to spend less and I feel fortunate that I don’t commit to a Premier Membership because I can vote with my wallet.


Nothing I have said in this post has broken any rules and I have a reasonable right to express my dissatisfaction with this update. If you censor me again I will take my business elsewhere.

Hero Pass feels awful, especially as an iron. This update took so much from irons and gave almost nothing back. I feel overwhelmingly neglected by this update. Probably won't renew my sub unless something changes.

It's pure garbage. Why remove daily challenges and the extra TH keys + XP that went along with it? Whoever on the Jagex development team came up with this should probably go on holiday for a bit imo. For me personally this new money grab takes away any desire to log in.

Too many things rolled into one. Most of which I don't do. haven't done and probably will not do. seems confussing and to me, not worth the time to figure out. Not one for cosmetics at all, been wearing same outfit for probably 15 years.

I will miss greatly the Daily Challange.

I do not like this either. It's a continuous reminder to up sell more spending on membership. Since I'm just a member I lose out because I don't want to commit for a year to the game.

The people paying monthly give more money each year anyways, why give them the shaft?
Seriously thinking about canceling membership and taking a break. Now there is not incentive to log in daily, rather a huge looming fomo daunting task that I really don't feel like putting 500 hrs into grinding away, while also having actual good daily content be taken away.
