Is the daily challenge bugged?

1 account I had hunter and another account I had crafting, just did wildy evil tree and they both got marked as done during the chopping part.

Edit: Nevermind its double for training them skills but can get training any skill.

does anyone know how to disable this annoying continous "clicking" when you receive those points? when you skilling and it "click" it's fine, when it does that again, it's fine, and again, well... and after few hours of "clicking" you want to murder someone

I logged in this morning at work with slight excitement to see what daily challenges awaited me and honestly I was gutted to find out that daily challenges as I know them are gone... I was getting fed up of old school on my ironman so I thought I'd return to rs3 after a few years away and create an ironman here whilst my main account's bank pin reset. A couple weeks into this account I felt the early levels were flying in, keeping me hooked, subsidised by the daily challenges, they have helped motivate me to log in every day even if it is a quick half hour at work and it convinced me to mix it up, trying different content. I must admit once my membership runs out in the next couple days that will be me finished with the game. Such a shame. Feeling a bit let down.

Just my humble opinion at the end of the day but as soon as I seen the interface saying they had been replaced I immediately had to search it up online to be sure I wasn't imagining things and I was only further disappointed when people were confirming it for me, it seems a lot of people have the same or at least a similar opinion.

TBH it's pretty annoying all the buffs given to "premier" members. I mean I pay by standing order every month, why should "premier" be given all these extra buffs? Do you want me to cancel my standing order and buy bonds when I remember instead?

I do not like this either. It's a continuous reminder to up sell more spending on membership. Since I'm just a member I lose out because I don't want to commit for a year to the game.

First of all, people are going to complain no matter what, but this is bigger than that. I've been paying for membership on and off for about 17 years on several accounts. When daily challenges were born, it was one of my favorite runescape updates. I logged in every day for fun to do my dailies. It was something to look forward to.

Daily challenges were:

Simple and straightforward.
Rewarding and enjoyable.
Easy and motivating.
Something to look forward to.

Hero pass is:
Cumbersome and complicated.
Heavily favors premier members.
Complex and stressful.
In the way.

The pros? The cosmetics are cool. I'm not a big cosmetic player, but I use a few occasionally for fun (that's why we game, for fun, right?). The hero pass cosmetics are nice.
That said, they're not nice enough to warrant replacing the reason I and thousands of other runescapers have logged in every day. It was something to look forward to after a stressful day of work; a simple, easy, three tasks to do, and a valuable and enjoyable reward.

I'm not a fan of how Jagex has been treating their customer base since the Necromancy roll out. First, we let the first 2000 preferred players get 200m, then they nerf the skill for everyone else (which wasn't as bad as we feared, to be fair, but the ritual buff doesn't appear to make up for the disturbance nerfs and players are reporting a ~28-30% decrease in xp/h even factoring the buff, compared to the advertised 20-25%).

Then, on the same update, they kill dailies. Who is running this show?

Like others, after my membership runs out, I don't believe I will be returning. It was a fun 17 years.

We pay, we say!
Happiness has no queues.

My most obvious first thought is the high engagement of RS3 following today's update speaks volume. Players obviously like them, regardless a few naysayers on certain social media said they won't play. This is indeed a major update when Jagex get players to engage in RS3 without spending a thing on advertising.

No big streamers with ten's of thousands of viewers sponsored to tell us how huugggeeee Hero Pass is... No RWT contests, real money prizes, giveaways, raffles... no nothing except a livestream and a developer blog... No Jmods dressing in their sales attires telling us to buy whatever products or discount membership... Obviously, the free will consumers tell us their opinion of Hero Pass, and I can understand and agree with. :)
