Overall it seems a reasonable concept. YakTrak reborn. However it is missing two things from my persepective

1. I have no control over the missions. I get 'Special' missions for skills I have 200m XP in :(
2. Jagex quietly removed 3 TH keys a day and forgot to mention it -_- . Very disingenuous.

But yes, it will suffice. Some nice buffs, nice cosmetics, so 7/10 for effort

I'm probably missing something, but a lot of the focus is on the daily challenge. What about all the XP and other rewards we got from Yak Track? I'm not seeing it.

Menaphos gift offering? That is a punishment, because I have to dispose of the contents.

Tiny protean pack? Could get like one large for the whole event. Are they serious?

Covered the 3 keys we got logging on. Which we do not get anymore.

Nothing is wrong with the Hero pass from a business perspective. Every game online now has a Hero Pass.

RuneScape doesn't need to not get one because people don't like it, it's like going to Mcdonalds and ordering a chicken burger and then deciding you do not like it, will Mcdonalds change their menu? NO.

Hero Pass carries the same concerns I had with Yak Track and multiplies them. The biggest issue I have is the time-gate, especially since some items are now locked behind Premier Membership; ergo, access to them has technically already been paid for. I would be happier with the Hero Pass if the following actions were taken:

* Allow permanent access to previous stores once each Hero Pass ends.
* Add all cosmetic content from a previous Hero Pass which could only be obtained by levelling up to the Hero Store at the end of the pass.
* Unify the currency without expiration.
* Make Premier Club Reward Tokens useful for players who have already redeemed their cosmetics, granting a reasonable sum of either Hero Points or Emblems.

The above could even be exclusive to Premier Membership if need be; it would add further incentive to choose this package and allow an understandable opportunity for monetisation. Low on bank space? Click here .
