I am absolutely talking about the Halloween Event. Don't forget RS3's Halloween events the recent years always tied to other lore. Don't you forget we have all those miniquests taking us all over GIelinor on lore we have experienced in the past? No difference this Halloween. It is not surprising we will have miniquests related to Xau Tak or Moia.
I'm so glad to see you are thinking the same way I was thinking in another thread! that "Til death do us part" ( an Halloween event centered around Moia) could be something we get this Halloween event
The only question is where the Halloween event will take place? I originally thought it would be the wilderness, But that will already have a ton of events happening all day long. So My guess would be the Draynor manor again this year.
Maybe the only other place would be Varrock, but I highly doubt they would do that. Time to follow an trail of Treasure.

The quest givers will remain in Draynor Manor as the previous years. I always thought so and still think so. The only question is whether they will give us quests that we will need to seek adventures in Wildy.
