because people want an actual halloween event with a nice little quest. the miniquests from this event are a joke.

How are the miniquests in Halloween a joke? They are the kinds of miniquests we used to have since 2008 and far substantial than just the 5 minutes fetch miniquests between 2005 and 2007.

Honestly I don't see what the big deal is, and why everyone doesn't like this event. There are still pseudo mini quests, and there are now community skilling events. What's the actual issue?

I've played the old events years ago too, there was nothing special about those either, so what is really missing?

I'm having fun with it just because it brings the community together to chat and have fun in game. Sure it's afk skilling methods but in case you guys haven't noticed, that's kind of what Runescape has become.

What would any of you have done differently to make it feel like an actual Halloween event?

Neither am I.

This entire time ive been saying they should make different variants of these items so both old and new players alike can benefit.

I mean look at items like the Candy Floss Maul and how its the "new" rubber chicken.

I wish we got more items like that.

We are getting daily reward just by going to Dragnor Manor. I am also getting the pulse cores and such buffs from players skilling there. Pretty cool!

Don't forget to unlock the new activity buffs. Even if we don't do the skilling activities there this year. It will be glad to have those buffs in the coming years.

So happy, I was planning on buying a red h'ween mask but the new purple one looks even better and satisfied my urges thank you Jagex! Made me want to continue playing RuneScape too! Please make a different color Partyhat for Xmas this year too!

P.S. re-release of the spooky blindfold was a great idea too definitely one of the best looking hats in game thanks
