How does one even go about obtaining Eek from this event?

All it says is from digging in the doggy bones area.

Ive been doing that for a while now and so far nothing.

exactly, no one cares because 90 percent of these holiday items sit in our banks or with diango, but yet you would still argue with me constantly saying old holiday rewards like scythe and bunny ears shouldn't come back. don't sit there and act like you didn't either. lol it's hilarious you guys have just suddenly switched up how you feel about it. make up your damn minds.

.... just because a couple of players cry that it signifies when they started playing the game doesn't mean it won't happen. that's also why we have veteran capes in the game....

'veteran' capes need to be available to ALL players shouldn't matter if their account is 20 yrs old or not!

Peoples accounts who are not at least 13 years old now can get web capes so shouldn't really matter on the age of the account anymore to be FAIR!

RS is over 20 yrs old and when it hits 25 yrs old ALL players should get to have the new capes NO REASON why only those with 25 year old accounts should get to MAINTAIN their PRESTIGE while jagex takes a dump all over web capes and whatever next old holiday item they decide no longer deserves the time served prestige.

ALL players should get vet capes when they come out no more emote flexing your time in game anymore!

And ALL players should get to have the same opportunity this Christmas day at UNLIMITED amount of christmas crackers with the EXACT SAME PHATS as released in 2001, Again to be FAIR and continue to follow suit of giving away old time based holiday items in exact form.

This is like saying skillcapes need to be for everyone even for those w/o 99s yet i dont hear anyone asking for that.

Thus you can live w/o these until you hit the correct milestones.

Either way, jagex are free to rerelease w/e they so please as its their game.

Well, I must say I'm thoroughly disappointed. Once again, it's just a click & grind event with a 2 minute globe hop for Fame.

At this point, why even bother calling it an "event". I'd rather they just hadn't bothered. If you only do what you can do, you will never be more than you are now.

because people want an actual halloween event with a nice little quest. the miniquests from this event are a joke.

Similar to the Snowboard reward items released during different yearly Christmas events,

This would satisfy both parties, the ones wanting the items, and the others wanting to preserve the rarity of the item, having been their to obtain it however many years ago.

there is no rarity in these items. they aren't worth anything... i was there for the web cloak and eek, yet you don't see me on the forums crying over the re-release of them. it's not that big of a deal. lol
