So, now it's okay for them to bring back holiday rewards from years ago? This is basically them testing the waters. both of these items were from the 2009 halloween event, so if they're going to bring these back I don't see any issues with them bringing back the grim reapers hood or the scythe.

It has always been okay for them to bring back any old items, not just holiday rewards, as long as they are not said to be discontinued. We just don't know when and how are they coming back.

I never said that. Perhaps you read it wrong? Perhaps I wrote something like we didn't want to bring everything back every year or in the wrong events like giving everybody bunny ears in Christmas?
