I learned from economical crisis that video game players like Runescape are fair weather fanboys. When Jagex was in bad financial times during the free trade removal and Climbing Boots era, failing economies caused a lot of conspiracies and corruption accusations. They almost killed Runescape back then.

It is interesting to see how well any of Jagex current games can survive when their economies crumpled and their community ends up in a dog-eat-dog world. I am going to get my popcorns.

I became a real chef thanks to runescape actually.( ok not really..but I wish it was that easy though.. )

I have learned that 1 million gp has very little value just like in the real world.

Real world trader banned permanently for a few days and was confirmed the ban was the correct call with evidence, but the ban was magically changed to temporary, while all other real world traders proven with evidence never got this priviledge.

It only happened in Jagex, and only happened today after the company was in business for over 22 years.

I have learned some confirmed real world traders are more equal than the others in some Jagex game.

Don't all good and successful companies have to prepare for such bad actors? If they can't then they don't deserve to survive, let alone become a publisher of other developers' games.

Oh! And the good thing is that's why we have Jagex Laucher and Jagex Accounts soon.
