We know OSRS is hugggeeee, right? That's why when I see cartoonish, causal skilling games like Palia getting better reception than the huge OSRS from not the media, but also selling more real life goods like plushies than OSRS Nieve and Gnome Boy, this is probably something I will be playing a bit for their real world popularity and likely longevity. This is also the kind of simple, old school games old school players will like to move to.

I'd be playing lots of abandonware for PC. I still do. Thanks Zammy for emulators :P

Except for RS, Diablo 2 LOD, Gothic I & II:NOTR and the first Deus Ex, my mind got stuck somewhere between 1988 and 1998, mostly old FPS's, platformers and graphic adventures.

This game still has a nice "retro flavour". Luv it.
Leveling +110 all skills and completing stuff here and there

I think I would've been a bit more athletic in school.

My freshman year of high school, I ended up losing interest in sports starting with Track + Field and ended up quitting so I could play more RuneScape.

To be honest I'm glad I did because I've always wanted to get into game development and learning how games work from both a consumer and developer side helps immensely. I have a

Other than the unnaounced Survial Game, Jagex also has yet another unannounced Action game in the making. This one features swimming, fantasy creatures and 3Cs.

So for those of us who are interested in adventures with water bodies like Sailing and focusing on combat with a lot of "bosses" but not much into lore and why we want to do this or that or just want to speedrun or space bar to skip all quests, this new game seems to be a pretty good replacement.

We can fly in RS3. We can swim in the new Jagex MMO action game. Flying and swimming are always far more fun and extendable than binding ourselves to a hot air balloon or boat. Sailing won't be missed if we can swim and fly.
