Phony pixels don't even have tears. They can't even cry, let alone doing a thing against my executive CEO powers.

I am going to find Jagex a new owner and sell it for a big price anyway, and then I take my big bonus and go elsewhere. Who care about tearless pixels?

How are you going to find a new owner? The UK has banned the sale of any stocks or shares until the fraud charges get investigated.

The yanks are taking Jagex to court on June 11th next year on RICO, corruption and money laundering charges. The case against the owners has been dropped so they are directly after Jagex. I guess they can settle out of court but that will make them look even more guilty and even then, they would have to pay around £200m+ allowing for high UK inflation.

The CEO better look for a non-extradition country to move to before that.

That's when phony pixels owner failed to exist in the real world. Jagex doesn't own a share of themselves. Carlyle Group owned Jagex. Whatever lawsuits against Jagex won't affect Carlyle Group, especially when it is a criminal lawsuit. They may send some phony Jagex pixels to jail and liquate the empty shell holding company of Jagex in the very worst case, but Carlyle Group officially owned the all the assets of Jagex. They can sell Jagex, of course, and the likes of Reuters, Morgan Stanley and Areem know very well the difference between real owners and phony pixels ones. :D

@Dilbert2001. It's up to the courts (well it's a jury trial) to decide who owns Jagex. Carlyle cannot sell something it might not own that's why the UK has placed a ban on sales. Morgan Stanley can do jack shit until the ban is lifted.

If a sale happens then it could be Carlyle handing it over to Plutos out of court for a small fee and nowhere near the 1 billion you might be expecting.

Jagex was sold to Carlyle under fraud by making false claims, the previous owners were buying shares with their own offshore companies to raise the price. They claimed Jagex had 4m paying members by giving out free membership offers and bots using bonds was added to that figure when really the true paying membership was like 1m.

I approve of the discussion. It's all within the relevance of being CEO, and in my personal view, there is value in seeing discussions branch into different areas.

I hope this thread can stay open. Thanks in advance to the Moderators who share this sentiment.

The Court has already asserted ownership of Jagex belong to the Carlyle Group because it has nothing to do with the lawsuit. Efforts were made to stop Carlyle Group to acquire Jagex but the Court ruled against it already in early 2021. Evidently, since then the entire world knows the owner of Jagex is the Carlyle Group. Game, set match.

The lawsuit doesn't involve the Carlyle Group at all anyway.

No, they have not proved ownership, it's the same case number: Scroll down to where it says defendants and you will see Carlyle Group.

What you quoted was the snapshot of the initial document. It is not live.

As I have shown, on May 5, 2021 from a website showing live dockets actions, Pluto Sama has dismissed all charges against Carlyle Group.

The incredibly obvious fact is the news Jagex has retained Morgan Stanley and Areeen Co. for the sale of the company has been reported for almost a month. How come nobody went to Court to try to stop the Carlyle Group?

Yep the CEO who gets paid £1m pa should know what's going on under his own nose, either that or he gets paid that much to turn a blind eye.

So, my posts were not going off topic. :)

As the CEO of Jagex, my boss, the Carlyle Group told us they want to sell Jagex and therefore I have to help create a killing Investment Prospectus. That's my job now.
