If i were CEO i would stop the 50,000 posts a day Dilbert posts on . Every post we have to read he knows the answer to everything . Must spend 24/7 on here to post .
I like reading forums but just for one day no Dilbert posts .

Even the user with the 25th most RSOF posts made over 52k of them and I only have 22k posts.
Actually it would be really great if I could make 50,000 posts a day to the RSOF because I am the CEO and it should show I care about the RSOF.
It would be really great if the CEO, ahem, that's me, knows the answer to everything.
Please please please , no no no . We don't need more of your answers to posts . We have enough .
22k is more than enough . You must be on 24/7 on posts so not sure when you play . Can we please have at least one forum of posts Dilbert free .

Assuming my CFO and COO (if there is one) tell me there are no other significant products in the company's pipeline, I will recommend to the Board to look for M&A partners. Hopefully some big fish will bite, well, hopefully not Big Fish Casino though.
Of course, I will need to emphasize on high profit margin assets and IP and stay away from high cost and low return ones.
It seems like Carlyle Group has heard my recommendation and proceeded as so.
Congrats and welcome Pipeworks Studios in joining the Jagex family with their over 200 employees and 125 games.
Next I will try to spearhead more M&A that will benefits the 20+ year old Runescape such as console launch, and give retro loving players more retro games to play than just OSRS so I can monetize them as AAA games of a service.

LOL!
First order of business; hire Dilbert. He is a man of focus, commitment and sheer f***ing will.
Secondly: I'm not sure tbh! I'd let the professionals do their job and keep micromanagement to a minimum. I'd probably offer tours around Jagex HQ for some 'lucky' maxed account players, get them to sign a NDA and run them through a bunch of ideas to see which direction to take the game. Get drunk after. Do that every year. Something like that.
Oh, and I'd give that SLR chap a Party Hat, for no reason other than him being "really really really ridiculously good looking". I mean, look at that tache, just look at it! how does he do it? #modest #legend #stillmodest #absolutegod

It'd be beyond the scope of a CEO but man, if I had the authority, I'd fire the crap out of every executive and buy out every board member at the company and (if it were legal) make it very public why I did so.
The interesting point is Jagex only has 2 directors on the Board - the CEO and the CFO, according to their Companies House filing.
This is quite weird for a company of Jagex's size.
I will definitely want to find out what is happening with Jagex's Board. Maybe time to reshape it?

As the CEO of Jagex, I can't say I am not happy with our financial success in 2020, thanks to 18% jump in revenue from RS3 and to some extent 6% from OSRS too. However, I also can't say I don't have concerns in our growth of membership as evidently our exponential growth of membership count has been moderating to single digit in 2020 and quite possibly even less in 2021. Even on the total new player attraction front, our total registered player counter has been stuck below 300 mil and growing only at quite a modest pace the past 2 years.
For that, I definitely have a lot of work to do to find more ways to entice more new players from places we haven't boldly gone before. I can't be a sitting duck and put all the eggs in a single leaking basket.
Seems like Carlyle Group has heard I said a while ago (other than the big $$$ Pipeworks M&A) too. As it stands today, Jagex has received the go-ahead and also established the Unannounced Survival Game, Space Punks, This Means Warp, Melvor Idle as well as the Runescape Kingdoms board game and partnership with SMITE on the pipeline.
I'll keep the momentum building with the guidance of Carlyle Group.
