Completely not true. Carlyle Group was cleared and declared owner of the Jagex since the earlier Court Ruling. Subsequently, Carlyle Group and may other defendants were removed from the case.

We can go check the owner of Jagex and every reliable source will show Carlyle Group. That's fact.

"Your guess" means nothing because real world laws aren't about guessing. Thank you for admitting you have no actual information to show us and your are only guessing.

No, they were not "cleared", but Carlyle did get dropped as defendents (Jagex did not). But it doesn't matter as Plutos lost corporate status and the whole complaint got dismissed because of that. I had to spend whole $1.30 on Pacer to dig that out.

Lien still shows though, go figure, and Plutos does have permission of the court to refile.

What?

Plutos Sama Holdings chickened out when the Carlyle Group filed a motion to dismiss the charges against them. They volunteered to dismiss all charges against the Carlyle Group on May 9, 2021 before the Court made them to.

Carlyle Group has been obviously cleared out the Pluto Sama lawsuit. They own Jagex and can sell it at will. Simple enough.

I decided to bite the bullet and pay Pacer for the actual court documents. Doing that showed that the case was ultimately dropped when Platos lost their corporate status. In other words they ceased to exist as a business interest.

The judge did allow them to refile should they regain it but it doesn't look like they will be coming back. What's I did find interesting is that the judge did verify that there was an email chain backing up at least some of the allegations made.

I'm not going to follow the British side and what's going on with Platinum which is a different entity. No idea what that is about lol
