Good job on putting in the "Goodie Bag Scam" that has been really common as of late.

Just a suggestion, I know your are running out room in your post, but the "Gem Cutting Scam post #12" is pretty much dead due to the assist system, Jagex does try to improve the game against scams. Just like the wall to the wilderness for luring. And post #18 is dead too, because of the lend system, again another Jagex improvment against scamming. Just my thoughts if you need to add to the inevitable NEW scams.

EDIT: Post #14 Dancing for Money. It is not a scam just annoying, they are looking for charity just like all of the other beggers.

Hi Arizoomer, thanks for the information. Even the old scams are still going to be kept as users still get scammed by them, even if it's rarely seen.

And yes, after looking at Dancing for Money more closely, I'll delete MOST of it, as gold farmers sometimes use the method.

Great guide, I've seen goodie bag scams going on before but never quite knew what they were about and didn't want to try. I think this should become a sticky and everyone should read it. Great job on bringing more awareness to these scams, I appreciate what you're doing :)

You have great friends who are looking out for scammers and giving info to you. Believe it or not, I read through all the scams for my amusement and found some of the info funny, but all of it helpful, especially the goodie bag, which is starting to pop up a lot.
