SO I met this stranger who had been hacked and lost all his stuff. I walked him through how to secure his account with changes made, and he did. So then I gave him an Easter Egg. And a few days later he bought a stronger account because he thought he would be able to make money faster that way, and he was hoping to repay me I suppose.
Surprise, it was a scam. He got hacked AGAIN as soon as he gave away his stuff to buy the account. Someone took the account back, changed details, and locked it up again, so now he has his old account and the Easter Egg is gone.
I feel bad for the guy, but come on-- DON'T BUY ACCOUNTS.
Moral of the story: DON'T BUY ACCOUNTS.
It's perfectly fine to be a nice person and give to people in need or recently hacked. But make sure they have the right idea of how to keep their accounts (and wealth) secured, BEFORE you give them material help. It isn't enough to just change recoveries and pass. You need to educate people on what NOT to do as well, as I discovered.
