So, Mod Stu's changes have led to a REDUCTION in the needed Ranged level (from 80 to 78) and Defence level (from 80 to 76).

The minimum xp for a Quest Cape for regular accounts is now
58,705,055 xp

For Ironmen, the total is
61,561,282 xp

Other Requirements

*ability to defeat a level 88 moss giant unarmed.
* Ability to Access Morytania

To do all these, and Plague's End itself, you will need the following skill levels:

Agility - 75
Ranged - 75
Magic - 7
Fletching - 70
Smithing - 65
Herblore - 75
Thieving - 50

While we're on the updating train.

Wanted no longer has it's 33 quest point requirement. Since equipping a rune platebody (due to mining / smithing rework) no longer needs dragon slayer as a prerequisite entering the champions guild is no longer necessary. So wanted loses it's Quest Point status.

This list is a helpful resource for players looking to obtain the Quest Cape in RuneScape. It provides the highest level requirements for each skill required to complete quests for the Quest Cape. It also mentions that certain methods of temporarily raising stats (e.g., potions) to meet quest requirements are no longer allowed.

Players aiming to obtain the Quest Cape can use this list as a reference to plan their skill training and quest progression efficiently. It's a valuable tool to ensure you meet all the requirements for the Quest Cape, which is awarded by the Wise Old Man in Draynor Village for 99,000 coins.

Please note that this list may be periodically updated as new quests are released in the game.
