Nudges Arch can you update post #7 please... Seems Jagex updated The Temple at Senntisten in game. None of the guides mention Requiring 29 Defense. However 2 quest rewards give enough defense xp for level 29. So the list in game calls for it but not required anywhere else.

You can see they added the requirement.
As a countermeasure they made the requirement 29def, as the quest "what lies below" and "defender of varrock" gave a combined 12k xp reward, which equates to 31xp from 29def.
