The list of Other (non-skill) requirements for the Quest Cape has been updated!

This is because after today's patches it is no longer necessary to complete a game of Pest Control (before starting
Quiet Before the Swarm
) or to complete the Conquest tutorial (before starting
The Void Stares Back
) to get your Quest Cape!

81 Construction
82 Firemaking
83 Agility
85 Thieving
