In loving memory of my guinea pig Cleo

She was the most intelligent guinea pig I ever had.
She had the strongest character of all.
She was also the most lazy. She would only get up for food.

You will be greatly missed...

Cute she was indeed! And she had a very weird taste, she was willing to try anything I held in front of her (crisps, chocolate, cookies, you name it) and even demanded to try anything I was eating and handn't offered her first. She didn't care if it wasn't healthy! And she liked to drink the last drop of non-carbonated ice tea from my glass. She grew impatient if it took too long for me to empty it and would start pushing against it or pulling at the top. I've got a picture of that too, I can post it next weekend if you want to see. That's one of the benefits of pets. Lots and lots of wonderful memories. =)

Damn, forgot to copy the picture, it'll have to be for the next weekend.

Last weekend I got myself persuaded in adopting a new guinea pig. Once you had one, you can never live without 'em. They're too cute, friendly and smart.
Meet Leia, she's around three months old, and after a week she already begs for food, talks a lot (usually for no apparent reason) and enjoys getting petted.
My parents are taking care for her during the week. You'll notice that she has something behind her ear (a mold that appeared after some stress during a previous transportation), but it's looking much better already after some treatment (the pictures are a couple of days old already).
