I nominate Desert Spear for threadholder. He has ample community engagement and his real life major has a huge conflict management component. He is very independent and often pushes back against my more bellicose ideas. He would be a real credit to this community and he has NXG'S vote.

If I'm not too late, I wish to nominate Astrazak for the position of Threadholder. I know my best friend Astra will do a superb job if elected to the office. Throughout his one year of membership in our community, he has been constant in resolving the issues that appeared. Never once has he favored selfish interests over that of the community's. And indeed he has plenty of experience within POCs at every level, has been the community's cartographer for this year, and has always been a premier and active member of the community, even before becoming one of its leaders. And for this he has the entire backing of The Silver Vigil as the next Threadholder.

Wow Epic, I am so sad to see you go. I still remember when I nominated you for the Threadholder:

"Finally, I was planning on nominating Epic Fool as well. I am happy to say, you definitely did the great job I knew you would. You stayed unbiased all of the time, and expertly diffused rather tense situations. I couldn't be any more proud of the progress you have made from our first meeting when I tried to convince you and Dev that 103 would be great place for LK to call home to the best thread holder we could've asked for as a community.

I thank you for all of the hard work you have put in to make the community I love better! I respect you so much for never giving up and trudging through when things got tough. You introduced really cool features like ships and resources which definitely helped encourage roleplay and inter-POC interactions. You've done a lot more than a lot of people thought you would, and you will forever be remembered for the deep care and dedication you've invested. I know that even if you're gonna take a break from RS, we will still keep in touch. You have incited friendships in this community that will last a while!

Thank you for the nomination Griff. Your kind words mean a lot to me, and I'm really happy knowing you think so highly of me.

I accept the nomination, and if backed by the community, would do my best as Threadholder. I have always had a deep love for the community and did things at every turn that was within its best interest. I've mended fences with past leaders after disputes, voted against friends because they were harming the community, blocked decisions that would've negatively impacted 103. I love this community and think we have been succeeding in bringing back the POC community! If elected, I will do my best to further what Vaaris, Zaire, Epic and all of you have created.

Desert is also a very good choice and has done a lot for the community as well. I'm truly honored to be nominated in the company of him, and I know that if he wins the election, 103 will certainly flourish!
