They also added that bit that they could get a group together to vote a rank out to vote Motherland out. It's the new stuff up there is red on the front page.

So why don't you take a look at what's really going on here before we worry about how many pages I've written?

Hahaha Trips didnt even vote and was made a rank after the contributions of helping me edit the thread and creating an off site kos list to keep track of KOS people. He is a smiley rank and didn't insist on being a rank. I made him one because of his help. [ SoF/Th Rares | Disc. Rares ]

Right so that's exactly what happened, he just didn't vote. For those of you who don't know, he did the same thing to me 17 months ago but it was KOS, not a ban. I'm still temporarily KOS there, even after the owner of the FC personally invited me back.

You don't want me around, fine. But I don't like how this was done all sneaky and under false pretenses. You had and still have no basis to ban me.
A man should be allowed to defend himself both from rogue ranks and from fabricated charges.


This isn't how you build morale, by treating people poorly and railroading them out for purely political reasons and not their contributions.

Nobody was more active on the lists and price forum than me other than DP Rawx. And you threw me away because I don't fit in with your future and it was a convenient time to do so.

Good luck to you as the new sister site to R Quark.

Oh, and please read the kick rank guidelines I wrote. Especially about ranks being honest and trustworthy. Former PCer and rank in the "R Quark", "TH Rares PC" and "Nex and SS" Friend's Chats. Now independently operating.

And you're still not welcome in quark because you bring with you way too much baggage/drama. (See the past 2 months of this fc). It's not that you're a bad rank, it's that you nitpick at everything until you're right and everyone else is wrong. It's seriously just not worth dealing with having to clarify every rule or situation until it's changed when 99% of people could use logic or common sense to figure it out... Since you insist to bring quark into this thread I too will reply on the thread instead of in game (sorry fmods :S)

You see Rocky Master, it isn't just you who had been abused it's quite a lot of players including me. The positive thing is neither did I nor others make up some drama. I simply forwarded an appeal with solid information. New Years read it and asked some ranks to look at the case. They were happy to accept me and if I become a good guy I can have full access with no temp ban imposed on me.

The deal had been reached and I am frequently joining the FC no problem or issues.

You should do the same, you don't even need to go in detail on the rules. Rules are there for first come joiners. If you don't do these drama n you just price check you don't even need to think about rules.

You have crossed the red line and New Years doesn't seem to be happy with his recent post.

Once again, don't ruin your reputation otherwise no FC would accept you.

My input once again.

You are suspended because of derailment of SOF/TH Disc. Item Status thread and multiple instances in the fc which you have agreed on where they didnt really follow the rules.
It wasn't me that derailed the Status thread, it was your two ranks. There was no rule in effect regarding off-topic on the Status thread, but I agree that your ranks should not be making false charges of manipulation on it. All I did was defend myself and ask that a statement be put up that it had been quickly decided the manip charges were false. I am aware of only one instance in the FC in my time in it. I was kicked for using the term b's. I confess I really did mean bs (my auto correct changed it) but I didn't consider it an offensive term. Could you please provide details regarding these other "instances"


Its a temporary suspension for the issues to end between you and an ex ranked member of the Fc. You and the other person are highly respected and we dont want to end relationships with either one of you. This is so that both individuals take a break.
I feel there is no basis for suspending me and was looking forward to working in the FC in peace.


The reasoning behind both persons being suspended is like if a fight happens in a school. The aggressor and the person defending both get suspended. Its because of the issues between both that have lead to the fight occurring in a place where it is not condoned.

The rule you said I broke didn't exist. You drag up one little incident from weeks ago that was already settled. How much confidence do you think this instills in your ranks that you will do the right thing in the future?

The reality is that all of this was caused by your rank and it was to the point that you made up a new rule that enabled you to vote him out. I was the victim of the attack by your rank (and his accomplice) that resulted in you wholly de-ranking and banning that rank from the FC.

That you would also ban me for being his victim is simply unjustifiable. Why has nobody else come forward with stories of all these "incidents?" It's because I was a peaceful and productive member of the FC. I often provided more updates than the rest of the FC combined. For made up reasons you're going to ban that player from the FC and continue to try to justify it? I think you're making yourself look more silly by the minute.

So you think because you don't get it your way that you are going to try to damage my appearance on the forums? Lets take a step back.

You ask what rules you have broken?:
You have flamed in the FC on multiple occasions towards Motherland and said things against the rules ending in you getting kicked. You act like this has occurred only on one occasion but it happened MULTIPLE times. You DERAILED the thread with an issue that you had with an Ex-General rank and yourself. You have joined the FC multiple times on an alt account during the TEMP BAN period and have spammed in the chat how unjust your banning is when no ranks were online and I 100% can confirm I saw you on an Alt account just a few minutes ago.

You think that my ranked staff will question the decisions that were made when they voted to agree on the outcome. I'm not a corrupt person and not smearing anyone's reputation and the fact that I'm still taking the time to respond to you is a joke... [ SoF/Th Rares | Disc. Rares ]

I want the best for the FC and the best for SOF/TH rares and get to know the people in the community. Just looking back on all the removed posts that you have and all your comments about how unjust the FC is makes me not want to let you back into the FC.

On top of all this, you are making wild claims and assumptions to make controversy as an escape goat for your actions. You say im the one being silly when I see over 7 pages worth of you smearing your own reputation and making yourself look silly.Lets get other people involved in the conspiracy while we are at it, Zezima is new FC Owner and Admin. Much corrupt top rank of the FC.

Th Rares Pc tried to partner up with R Quark about 8 months ago when we had a larger player base and Motherland was agreeing with me if they would accept a few changes to be made. THIS IDEA WAS TURNED DOWN MONTHS AGO. You say you are the most productive and helpful person than the whole FC. DP Rawx, Aotd, and I started the FC when it had nobody and we were the only ones pcing and keeping updates. Now you were a good rank no doubt about it, but Trips is 100% correct that you come with too much baggage after reading all of your drama on the thread. Stop wasting your time and move on. Lol, what did I say? The troll complaints and "contributions" never end. With no more co-owner to serve as the scapegoat, the flaming/blaming is redirected at the FC account owner. Now you understand why he drove me crazy? If you are willing to chuck your most precious possessions like phats because someone said words like crashing/dying/quitting and then find yourself unable to rebuy for what you sold for, then you don't deserve to own a phat.
