@ New Years: I was looking at section 1.3, top rule. Do you have room to add "forum rules" in there along with bug abuse, scamming, etc? If so might be a good place to put that.

Edit: or just say game and forum rules?

I noticed the pcing hour requirements are gone now

I think you're misunderstanding me. You told me that off-topic on the price thread is against the FC rules. I don't see that rule anywhere in the main rules, only where you just stated it here in a post. It was news to me until I was charged with such. I was suggesting that you add that so people will know; breaking game rules AND forum rules are both punishable. They are not the same. They're totally separate. I'm suggesting you make it clear so that some poor soul down the line doesn't end up getting banned when one of your ranks makes false accusations of manipulation against them on the forum and they try to defend themselves and go a little off topic in the process.

Which brings me to this new realization: I was banned for supposedly multiple incidents in the FC and for off-topic on the price thread. There was actually only 1 incident in the FC the entire time I was in the FC and that was me defending myself from being involved in scamming hundreds of mils from "that rank." I voluntarily gave you the screen shots from that asking what I did wrong to get kicked and you said that my offense was that I said "I'm tired of the b's in this FC", which you told me was worthy of a warning but could be a kick depending on rank discretion.

So basically this habitual rule breaking behavior of mine I'm banned for boils down to one minor infraction that happened weeks ago that was also instigated by "him."

There was no reasonable justification to ban me. It appears it was just a matter of convenience for you, to appear impartial. You should have been partial, because none of it was my fault and I acted with great restraint through it. Thanks for the reward!

And that vote: they had to vote to ban both of us or neither. Really? I never had a chance. If they wanted the general out I had to go too!

It seems like this was done more in the interest of being unfair to me than fair to everyone! No idea what I did to deserve this even.

Boy am I glad I don't have to deal with this sort of nonsense anymore. It really shouldn't deign a polite response. I don't envy the guy who has to parse these comments and figure out a reply. You thought there would be peace and happily-ever-after ending with my absence? The only difference is now you are replying to trolls instead of me. If you are willing to chuck your most precious possessions like phats because someone said words like crashing/dying/quitting and then find yourself unable to rebuy for what you sold for, then you don't deserve to own a phat.

This school boy rule is ridiculous and clearly does not apply when someone is attacked, unprovoked, basically jumped. First by one rank, and I've already been punished for that may I remind you, and then by two. One of those involved has been magically exempted. I'm kind enough to not have told you all what this is really about. And yeah, Motherland, you did warn me...

Edit: Everyone ask yourself if someone should be banned from the FC for breaking a rule that didn't exist and for an infraction they have already been punished for.

You continuing to push the same questions when we have given you the answers to. You are NOT INNOCENT. You have been removed from the FC on multiple occasions from Motherland for not following the rules. You derailed the price checking thread and that is punishable by the ranks and I. You going on alternate accounts when I'm not on online into the Fc to complain about how unjust your banning is evading the whole reason of putting you on temp ban. To be quite honest, I am sick of hearing about you complaining in my PMs every day in-game and then reading your constant posts on the forums how unjust I am and how the ranked members of the FC made the wrong choice.

You will not be allowed back into the FC. You do not need the FC so move on. [ SoF/Th Rares | Disc. Rares ]

I just want to be treated fairly. There was actually very little disruption that anyone saw. I'm not some habitual trouble maker. I worked along side dp rawx every day to get the lists and the thread updated. I had to go underground to do it! Everyone else he wanted gone he had already driven out. I got on the wrong side of a rank for giving testimony about his behavior and I was retaliated against. I've already suffered. Why are you punishing me more for what you've already punished the right person for? There is nothing to punish me for. I didn't break any rules I haven't already been punished for. And really, how many people are offended by the term bs? In modern usage it just means nonsense. And that's what this is, nonsense.

Punish me for having the dedication to stick around under difficult conditions to help keep the FC running? Really?

All ranks should take notice of how I was treated...I think what you should be asking yourselves is which of YOU is next.

That's all. I refuse to be treated in this manner over fabricated charges. Why don't you ask those who actually worked with me in the FC what my behavior was like? Did any of them have anything bad to say about me? Have you ever had to reprimand me for anything? Have I ever been warned about anything at all other than not to say bs in the fc? You clearly have shown all the ranks that it was the right choice with all these pages of your non-sense. YOU and the ex general WERE the issue. You both broke rules and thats why you were both temp banned. YOU going onto alt accounts to complain to the FC when no ranked members on about how unjust we were sealed the coffin for you.

I'm not going to these childish games and nobody wants to keep reading the same things you have been answered before. Life is unfair but you clearly blew all this out of proportion. YOU were also in the wrong. It was not all just the ex general as I have seen the things you said to him and in public in the FC about and to him.

You have shown your true colors and do not respect the FC with the actions you have done and keep saying about the decisions made. MOVE ON. You aren't a saint and are equally an aggressor in the situation that's why you were banned. [ SoF/Th Rares | Disc. Rares ]

I was looking forward to helping to rebuild the FC...until I was banned me for no real reason other than that I was on the purge list as quark cleanses the FC before moving in. I enjoyed working with some of the "quarkies" again and I wasn't causing problems. It's not my fault a problem came at me.

I find it disgusting that they have to carry a personal vendetta over from another FC. New Years just got rid of one partner and now he has another one telling him how to do things. Motherland told me I would be the first to go. I guess I just didn't want to believe him. I didn't think anyone could stoop that low.

I bet most people don't know Trips is ranked in the fc now.

I guess you missed it. He's acting as guest admin I guess you'd say. They removed the pcing hour requirements so they could rank him and have him orchestrate this mock trial and put me up on fabricated charges along with Motherland. They also added that bit that they could get a group together to vote a rank out to vote Motherland out. It's the new stuff up there is red on the front page.
