With me gone, I told you that three things will happen: 1) the "contributions" won't stop (just ask trips); 2) the remaining co-owner will have to deal with "contributions" and whatnot; 3) TH rares are as dead as they were before. All you did was get rid of a loyal friend who was willing to stand by you to the end, through thick and thin. If you are willing to chuck your most precious possessions like phats because someone said words like crashing/dying/quitting and then find yourself unable to rebuy for what you sold for, then you don't deserve to own a phat.

If you're kos you shouldn't be in the fc pcing and if you're only compiling forum updates you're missing fc reports which leads your post to be misleading

OMG! A FC owner actually having to tend to his own FC! How absurd! You need a co-owner/scapegoat to handle all this BS New Years! Pick someone who will go down quiet and just take it, the last didn't work out too well, seems he produced a spawn in his wake. So many negative people here, don't be one of them.

I still don't see any substantiated evidence that I broke any rules that were in effect at the time that I hadn't been punished for. No warnings, no reprimands, no complaints I was made aware of. One instance of me saying b's in the FC.

Now I'm banned for pointing out that you had no reason to ban me to begin with, smh. You don't like my reaction to being punished for no reason, having fabricating charges brought against me, not even giving your jury a chance to vote on my innocence or guilt without lumping me in with someone who was obviously guilty. Why hasn't anyone seen any of these screen shots of these "multiple instances"? There is zero evidence against me because I didn't break any rules.

Is it so hard to understand that a man does not like being falsely accused and punished unjustly? You claimed you were being fair. Instead you showed extreme prejudice against me and you have still been unable to provide any evidence against me.


You could just add a rule that you can kos or ban any player for any reason (admin discretion) like they do in Quark. I think that would be better than trying to justify it with lies.

Edit: I just want people to know what really happened ok. There were no multiple instances of anything. Show me? Tell me specifics. Still none. None at all. Does that not seem strange? How come nobody else saw any of this? The only other time I was ever kicked from the FC was when I was falsely kicked as a manip. I said nothing in the FC and have a screen shot of my private convo with the general in which I just said, ok, I'll talk to New Years.
How is it ok to just make stuff up that never happened and use it to convince a jury of my guilt which can not be determined independently from someone who is obviously guilty.

The whole thing was a sham and rigged against me!

As the owner it is his choice whom to ban or not. You were involved in an argument or disagreement with the other party. From what I am told you were told to stop, but you continued. Also, there was a rule put in place to take disagreements to PM, which obviously you did not. You also used inappropriate language that is allowed by the FC owner. Then you continue to run this little poor me show on the forums and people are sick of it. I was hoping things would move on from this but it looks like you are stuck on repeat. Use all your energy and desire to start a new FC and do with it as you please. So many negative people here, don't be one of them.

I was never warned about anything. I did not instigate anything and went as far as going onto an alt to stay out of his cross hairs. Would you like to see the pms I have of him antagonizing me? What was I supposed to take to PM? My posts on the Status thread were all in direct defense of false accusations by 2 ranks. They are the ones who derailed the thread! And there was no rule against it. And that rule of taking things to pm is for ranks anyway. I resigned my rank when I felt uncomfortable serving under such a person. It was just symbolic and I continued to act in a capacity as a rank would.

I said b's once. That was while I was falsely being accused of being involved in the scamming of 100s of mils and after being flamed in pm. I was told the kick was sufficient punishment and that usually just a warning would be in order. One little incident with him and you ran away. I stuck around and continued to try to help. I guarantee you that if I hadn't your pcer would have quit! He is why I stayed. I talked to New Years about being harassed. You know what I was told? There is nothing I can do about it, he is part owner.

I have responded to the charges that were made resulting in me being banned and have clearly demonstrated them to be baseless. Show me otherwise!!!!!!!! Former PCer and rank in the "R Quark", "TH Rares PC" and "Nex and SS" Friend's Chats. Now independently operating.

^I used to read Trump vs. Hillary yelling at each other. That got stale pretty fast. Now I read this clan thread and the other one run by trips. It's nice to enjoy the show from the sidelines. Warnings do not have to be given, and you admittedly broke at least 1 rule. The way you are handling yourself is just proof you are toxic. This isn't some moronic trial or fake court case, you were asked to stop and haven't and you expect what? People to see how you were treated? They see how you act and continue to act. So many negative people here, don't be one of them.

Ok, so suddenly I'm banned for saying b's in the FC while a general in the FC was going off in it accusing me being responsible for him being scammed for 100's of mils. Typically you look at who was the proximal cause of the incident and then whether the actions of victim were reasonable.
