The Ranked members of "Th Rares Pc" have voted publicly in the FC and witnesses were visible during the process. The two topics of the vote were based on these questions:

First Vote:

Should a certain General rank keep his rank, or be removed of his rank for the rule breaking and derailment of the Sof/Th disc. item status threads.
(The issues brought up were trending/in-direct manipulation of seahorses, thread deception, derailment of thread, using fc for personal advantages i.e. finding implings, and more).

Second topic:

Temporary suspension
of two players from the FC. Their updates on the Sof/Th forum thread will count and any updates given will be included in the updating process. (Forum rules and Fc rules are applied. If rule breaking occurs, their updates will be revoked). They will be given back access to the FC when the FC ranked members decide that they no longer see the issues and that they are contributing to help updates/FC in a positve way.

The FC has also decided that it will be more efficient to reduce the number of lines being kept inside the FC. The new current line system is as follows:

Head:

0.00s / 0.00b / 00b (fish/crab/tree)
Seasons:

00.0s / 00b / 00b (crown/cloak/pet)
Armor:

00.0b / 00.0b / 0.00b / 0.00b (chest/legs/gloves/boots)
Mimic:

0.0b / 000b (helm/cape)
Gem:

00.0s / 00.0b / 000s (necklace/crown/cape)

ALL Other TH/SOF limited rares will be kept up to-date on the Forums thread Sof/Th Disc. Item Status and will be compiled every few pages by a ranked member or any individual looking to assist in keeping thread updated, so it is easier for players who use the forums to keep track of the other items. Example of how the compiled list will look and say:

When new TH/SOF tradable limited rares are released, the FC will be pcing them until the promotion has concluded. If these new limited rares are in high demand, updated often, and/or are high in value where pcing is needed; The line may be added to the FC price checking lists. [ SoF/Th Rares | Disc. Rares ]

Master Rocky has been cleared and is NOT guilty of manipulation. I also want to thank him for his contributions in helping the FC with the forum thread and updating many times. You are suspended because of derailment of SOF/TH Disc. Item Status thread and multiple instances in the fc which you have agreed on where they didnt really follow the rules.

Its a temporary suspension for the issues to end between you and an ex ranked member of the Fc. You and the other person are highly respected and we dont want to end relationships with either one of you. This is so that both individuals take a break.

The reasoning behind both persons being suspended is like if a fight happens in a school. The aggressor and the person defending both get suspended. Its because of the issues between both that have lead to the fight occurring in a place where it is not condoned. [ SoF/Th Rares | Disc. Rares ]

I would also like to thank Motherland for his contributions for the FC even though things have gone in the opposite direction of what the FC and I have wanted. You gave the opportunity for me to make an impact in a community that I have fallen in love with and want to keep it striving in a positive direction.

We highly respect you for what you have started and passed on for all of us and being part of something bigger than any individual and we dont want to end our relationship with you. The reasons why a temporary suspension had to happen is for both you and the other player take a break from the FC and end the issue between each other and to stop posting off topic on the forums thread.

We wish the best to you and once Ranked members have noticed a difference between both players, a vote will be made to allow access to FC again. [ SoF/Th Rares | Disc. Rares ]

I am very happy for you Master Rockey. I told you that New Years will always find a way to solve the issue.

Rockey Master is a decent price checker and he has made my life and anothers easy on the forums, as I don't log into the game nowadays.

Once again, thank you New Years for resolving the problem and also would like to thank everyone for supporting New Years FC and voluntarily helping the community.

It's really my fault for being naive. The moment I got your money and you had control of everything I became a mere figurehead with no real say. Between you and me, laying blame on the guy who has no power can never go wrong, because what's that guy going to do? Nothing. Turn the tables around and you can bet which way "votes" go. When "sof rares pc", the predecessor clan of "th rares pc", was under my complete control, everyone had nothing but nice things to say to me. The moment I resigned in 2014, it all turned real nasty.

As much as it's customary to say that the past few months have been a pleasure, I can't say that they were. Being an admin for FC is being essentially an unpaid customer service representative who has to deal with all the messages that come his way. While some messages that I received deserved respect, many of them did not. Like some things in life, they seemed fun at the beginning, but they become a chore in the end.

Anyways, I asked over 40 people that I have seen online today, and no one seems to be interested in taking over for me. Smart people. If you are willing to chuck your most precious possessions like phats because someone said words like crashing/dying/quitting and then find yourself unable to rebuy for what you sold for, then you don't deserve to own a phat.
