*Barricade (Shield): Prevents all damage taken for 10seconds. Speaks for itself, use whenever an enemy is charging or close to the adrenaline level needed for a powerful attack.
Cooldown 60s
---- CONSTITUTION ----
BASIC
*Balanced/Defensive/Aggressive/Reckless Stance: These are used in Barbarian Assault to compensate for the lack of attack *tyles on weapons
*Regenerate: Converts left over adrenaline into health for a maximum of 6 seconds. it converts adrenaline to lifepoints at a ratio of 4:1 (100% adrenaline = 25% lifepoints). Can only be used outside of combat
*Incite: When active, the likelihood that npc's will switch to attack you and not your teammates is dramatically increased. Useful when preparing an ability that requires or damages multiple enemies near to or attacking you. Will be active for as long as you allow it.
*Single-way Wilderness: Allows you to switch between single and multiway wilderness, requires 10 seconds to charge and can be interrupted by any action you take (eg. walking) or by combat.
ULTIMATE
*Momentum: Dramatically increases your auto attacks to become on par with constant basic ability use for 20 minutes. randomly your character will perform various basic abilities depending on your combat style to add minor effects or just to make the combat look more exciting, the random abilities are not boosted in damage. Auto attacks and random abilities will not provide adrenaline and the use of any abilities will immediately cancel out Momentum's effects.
Momentum, while restrictive, has its advantages:
*Predictable hits mean that prayer conservation is easier, there by boosting attacks for a lower cost
*Special weapons and setups are boosted further (Momentum with Dharok's can inflict Ultimate level damage per hit)
*In situations where only basic abilities are needed or able to be used, momentum can be used as a suitable, less intensive substitute, for example Slayer.
*Can be deactivated at any time to allow for ability use should you need

I have been planting a winter's grip seed and a lyco at the beginning of dungeon. Takes just a sec, I plant, run and fight, tele back, pick, plant again, run and fight, tele back, pick and you have the herbs. Takes very little time out from fighting and the herbs are at the ready for skill doors. I carry a couple of vials of water and moss, void dust and a claw to make the pots when needed. I have been in several dungeons where they were picking up herbs and had skill doors and no herbs anywhere, which slowed us down. This takes very little time and very little effort.

Yes, it's in no way time ***suming and therefore because the reliability of herb drops is not 100%, should be something dealt with the first moment you feel appropriate: planting close to base or in a room with a patch near lots of clears is a good idea for easy access.
Side note:
It seems that once again all unimbued staves from Tanglegum (Tier 1) to Gravecreeper (T10) require no ammunition to cast offensive spells. They are all Omnielemental (supplies infinite air, water, earth, and fire runes)
This, in essence (pun unintended), makes both the Magical Blastbox and Celestial Surgebox completely obsolete as an ammo bind as it no longer provides any accuracy bonuses like pre-EoC.
The only thing i can think of is using mage with one or both hands occupied (eg. shielding). As protector/guardian's ward are both mage shields, wands or similar 1h mage weapons may be added to the Dg catalogue of bind options but it would be highly tedious if they didn't supply at least one element.

I feel like momentum should be disallowed in floors. I understand that this chat promotes a calm environment, however, momentum is so ineffective compared to even the lowest level basic abilities because they will result in much faster hits and kills. Personally I dislike when other people choose to use momentum to kill monsters on my floors, because it makes the floor take much longer than it should.
